Banana

 

CRICKY FRIED BANANA

Recipe: monnaang


Material :

1 comb kepok banana (slice into 2)

250 gr Rice Flour

150 gr medium protein wheat flour

40 gr margarine (solid, not melted)

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp vanilla powder (optional)

2 tbsp granulated sugar

150 gr ice cubes

300 ml ice water

5 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)


The method :

1. Mix rice flour and wheat flour, margarine and ice

2. Then stir with a fork (spatula) slowly pour in the ice water (don't do it all at once) then stir until smooth and you need to strain it.

3. After straining, add the vanilla powder, salt, granulated sugar and sesame seeds. stir well

4. Heat the oil and add the bananas to the flour mixture then fry in the hot oil over medium heat. Don't fry too much. Then take 1 spoonful of the mixture and put it on top of the banana which is being fried so that there are kriwil like that (you can skip it if you want to)

5. fry until golden yellow, remove and drain, don't cover until crispy until evening
