Material 


1/2 kg beef

2 sticks cinnamon

5 lime leaves

3 bay leaves

2 stalks lemongrass

Coconut cream

Water

Salt and sugar


Ground spices :


6 red onions

4 cloves garlic

3 candlenuts

5 pcs red chilies

2 tsp coriander

1/2 tsp cumin

Pepper

Nutmeg

Ginger

Galangal


Complementary:

Method :


1. Boil the beef briefly, then discard the cooking water. Then change the water, boil the beef again until tender.


2. Saute ground spices, lime leaves and cinnamon until fragrant and change color.


3. Add the stir-fried ground spices to the cooked meat which is already tender. Add coconut milk, a little salt and sugar.


4. Served with accompaniments
